Victor Restaurant

Victor Restaurant opened in 2017 in Le Germain Hotel in the heart of the SoKi (South of King) neighborhood after an extensive renovation.

Conceptualized by Toronto-based DesignAgency, it serves approachable classics in an American-style brasserie. The 60-seat restaurant features an open floor-plan with a two-story glass-walled dining room and an intimate coffee and breakfast cafe.

A 700-square-foot twisted gold metal light fixture hangs over peacock-blue leather banquettes. White walls further the bright aesthetic of the space. Antique bronze accents, frosted amber mirrors, playful concrete tiling and soft green tabletops add to the modern brasserie ambience.
